The Client’s brief to us was to convert an old run-down residential building situated at Amodu Ojikutu in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria to a Modern Office building complete with a gate house, generator house and other support facilities.The resulting Masterpiece does not just give the building a face-lift but a totally different façade entirely.
